Questions asked before the phone call

• What's included in the RM599?

  The build. We design and put together your whole site — structure, layout, your words laid out properly, your photos placed and sized, and mobile. You review it, we adjust it, and we hand it over with a walkthrough of how to edit it yourself. Anything beyond that we quote before we start, never after.

• Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

  You can. What you get is a blank canvas and a weekend. Most owners we speak to didn't stop because it was impossible — they stopped because it was half-finished and they ran out of evenings. We do the half that takes taste and time. You do the half that takes ten minutes.

• Why not hire a freelancer?

  Freelancers build good websites. The problem starts after launch: every change goes back through them, on their schedule, at their rate. If your prices, menu or opening hours change more than twice a year, that adds up — in money, and in waiting.

• Do I need to know anything technical?

  No. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can update your website. You click the text, and you type.

• What if I want to change more than the words?

  You can show, hide and reorder whole sections of the page yourself, and change the colours and fonts. If you want something the site doesn't do yet, tell us and we'll quote it.
